Newsletter #27

June 11th Edition of
The Kindergarten Class News

Hello again!
We have had another fun, busy week. The in-class days continue to be blessed with good weather. I'm sure everyone is happy about this, as we spend most of the day outside.

On Monday we had another great nature art class and spent time learning in the forest. Our walk to the beach was a huge success and we all enjoyed exploring the tide pools and intertidal ecosystem. The tide was at an extreme low and we saw an eel, crabs, sea birds, star fish and more!

On Wednesday, we worked on our math, wrote in our journals and played games with Quentin, who was visiting the classes. It was a lot of fun.

There will be no class Zoom meetings next week. Instead, I will be meeting with the home learners individually. I have sent out your meeting times in a separate email.

Important Dates to Remember:
June 24th Year End Celebration at 2:30pm
June 25th Last Day of School/Slideshow via Zoom at 11am

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.

Warmly,
