The K/1 Class News
Happy weekend Everyone!
We had an exciting week and finished with a bang, celebrating the 100th day of school on Thursday. We enjoyed looking at all the different representations of the number 100 and had a super fun day!
We were lucky enough to win the school challenge of being the class who was most aware of bringing our plastic recycling home and not filling our garbage. Yay!
We have been enjoying the feeling of Spring in the forest and made beautiful spring art.
Also, we must have a bunch of growth spurts going on as many of the kids are polishing off all of their food and needing more. We do have some food for those in need but perhaps ask your child if they need a bigger lunch.
Next week is the last week of school before the break.
We are on V for Show and Tell.
I will be submitting the scholastic book orders tomorrow so get your order in now if you want to get in on the next shipment. The class code is on the top left corner of the flyer.
