 November 9th Edition of

The K/1 Class News


Hello Everyone!

Another week flies by. Ms. Cheryl started on Monday and has been enjoying getting to know the kids. I told her she is lucky to have such a great group of children to learn from. We are also lucky to have Ms. Cheryl!

 

Some themes we are working on is story sequence/oral storytelling, counting collections, seasonal changes, underhand throwing and more. 

 

The class learned and performed a poem, “Little Poppy” for our Remembrance Day ceremony. They were so good! 

 

Our time in nature is always a highlight. One special activity we did was to pick a favourite tree. The children will observe and visit their tree over the year.

 

Next week’s Show and Tell letter will be ‘G’.
